The Craig-Brush is an elongated brush consisting of a HIP (High Impact Polystyrene) handle shaft with an elongated brush moulded to one end of the handle. The brush end consists of flexible nylon bristles arranged in a spiral fashion and attached to a stainless steel shaft, which is moulded onto the HIP shaft. The brush end of the device is detachable to allow for Liquid-based cytology sample analysis. The brushes are packaged in a sterile zip seal bag, and sterility of the devices packaged in this bag is only guaranteed whilst all seals are intact.
