Variations
Although all efforts are done to ensure correctness of our code numbers and volumes, these may vary from time to time depending on suppliers. The customer will be notified of any changes before we supply any goods.
Settlement Terms
Strictly 30 days from date of Invoice for account holders. For export orders payment has to be paid in advance.
Notice of Loss or Damage
Cell Path Services must be informed in writing within three days of delivery of goods in the event of any shortage or damage and within seven days of receipt of Invoice if the goods have not been delivered. Otherwise the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the buyer as being in good order. Cell Path Services shall not be held liable for any delay or any consequence thereof occasioned by any cause beyond our control.
Returns Policy
At Cell Path Services we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
- admin@cellpathservices or call 011 704 3139. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details.
- Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method/ or credit your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Damaged items reported after 3 days after receiving your order will NOT be replaced or refunded.
